N.T. Wright Quote

. . . it is our task not just to tell but to live out the story; that the model of God's self-giving love in creation, covenant, judgment, mercy, incarnation, atonement, resurrection, wind and fire, and ultimately recreation must be the basis for our self-understanding, our life, and our vocation. And when we do this, we discover, I believe, that the reality of which we are dimly aware, but which our ontologies, pre-modern, modern and postmodern find slipping through their fingers, is best described in the biblical language of heaven and earth, created, sustained, redeemed and to be renewed by the living God known in Jesus and in the Spirit. N.T. Wright, Taken from the article "The Bible for the Postmodern World" posted on the Lattimer Fellowship web page
