Pictures of Jesus

I am leading our church through a close-up look at Jesus--"Pictures of Jesus"-- throughout this month as a way to focus our thoughts on the person and work of Jesus (visit the Highland link for more details). It has been interesting for me in my study of the Bible to show Jesus in different roles--teacher, healer, etc.--but also to see how He has been portrayed in art throughout the ages.
